New Industry Collection Seats Sold 
(Total of 3 awards – one per IC) 
This award is given to the individual Partner Sales Representatives that achieves the highest new Industry Collection seats sold during the incentive period – one award per Industry Collection, i.e. AEC, PD&M, M&E.

All commercial subscription new (single- and multi-user, 1-, 2- or 3-year term) that are classified as new based on New/Renew Validation Logic are eligible. 
Highest MultiYear Seats SoldThis award is given to the individual Partner Sales Representative that achieves the highest number of Multi Year seats sold during the incentive period.

All commercial subscription new and renewal (single- and multi-user, 2- or 3-year term) including Move to Subscription are eligible.

AutoCAD Growth (VAD only)This award is given to the Distributor that achieves the highest AutoCAD net subscription growth during the incentive period

All commercial subscription new and renewal (single- and multi-user, 1-, 2- or 3-year term) (including cloud and Auto-renew) and Move to Subscription that are included in the AutoCAD Product Group List are eligible.
Collections PreferenceThis award is given to the Reseller that achieves the highest amount of Industry Collections seats sold as a percentage of total seat billings during the incentive period.

 All commercial subscription new (single- and multi-user, 1-, 2- or 3-year term) (including cloud and Auto-renew) that are classified as new based on New/Renew Validation Logic, Maintenance to Subscription and Subscription to subscription switch during subscription contracts’ first term are eligible. 
Industry Collections RenewalsThis award is given to the Reseller that achieves the highest Industry Collection renewals rate during the incentive period

All Industry Collection renewals with an expiration date between 1st October 2019 through 31stDecember 2019 (single- and multi-user, 1-, 2- or 3-year term) are eligible. Maintenance to Subscription Renewals are excluded. Partner must have a minimum renewal base of 20 Industry Collection subscriptions during the incentive period to be eligible.
Customer Success AwardThis award is given to the Reseller that achieves the highest CSAT Net Promotor Score (NPS) improvement during the incentive period.

Reseller must have a minimum of 10 CSAT responses with a response rate of 15% or higher during the incentive period to be eligible.
